Majesco Acquires ClaimVantage

Majesco has acquired ClaimVantage, a provider of enterprise claims and absence/accommodation management software for the Life & Annuity and Group insurance market. The deal (announced after Thoma Bravo’s acquisition of Majesco) expands Majesco’s cloud SaaS product suite and deepens its capabilities in L&A, group benefits, absence and integrated disability management.
