Mesquite Technologies Acquires OspreyData

Mesquite Technologies, an Austin-based artificial lift equipment and services provider, has acquired OspreyData, a machine-learning production optimization software company now headquartered in Austin. The deal will integrate OspreyData's production-optimization platform into Mesquite's Taproot intelligent control product line and is being supported by an investment round led by Houston Ventures to accelerate integration and product development.
