Quanos, with support from Keensight Capital, acquires plusmeta

Quanos Group GmbH, supported by majority shareholder Keensight Capital, has acquired plusmeta, an AI-driven, cloud-based software provider for technical documentation. The deal strengthens Quanos' AI capabilities and will integrate plusmeta's semantic, LLM and metadata-generation technology into Quanos' aftersales and technical documentation product suite.

Leeds Equity Partners Invests in OptionMetrics

Eurazeo Acquires Elemica

Apax Digital Fund Acquires MetaMetrics from Pamlico Capital

Apax said it will support new product development and accelerate MetaMetrics' international expansion to extend the company's measurement and analytics capabilities for education; financial terms were not disclosed.
