Phase 3 Marketing and Communications, an Atlanta-based integrated marketing firm, has acquired Dallas-based Technology Media Group, Inc. (TMG). The acquisition adds TMG's large-format digital printing, fabrication, embroidery, branded merchandise and commercial signage capabilities to Phase 3's service offering and expands warehousing and distribution capacity for Phase 3 clients.

Granite Creek Capital Partners Invests in CP Direct

Granite Creek Capital Partners led an investment in CP Direct Holdings, L.L.C., a Lanham, Maryland-based direct mail printing services provider, with co-investments from Everside Capital Partners and senior financing provided by Cadence Bank. Granite Creek partners joined CP Direct's board as the firm said the investment will support expansion of the company's direct mail and corporate communications capabilities and accelerate growth.
