G&S Business Communications Acquires MorganMyers

G&S Business Communications has acquired marketing and communications agency MorganMyers to strengthen its agribusiness marketing capabilities and expand its roster of CPG brands. The deal adds about $5 million of revenue to G&S and creates the G&S Integrated Marketing Communications Group, with the combined organization employing more than 165 people and generating over $33 million in annual revenue.

DirectMail2.0 Acquires Who's Mailing What!

Both companies will continue to operate from Clearwater, Florida, with leadership changes at WMW to integrate the teams and scale the combined data and AI capabilities.

Graphic Village Acquires Mail Louisville
