The acquisition brings Medddbase's medtech commercialization, logistics, warehousing and Swiss/EU importer and regulatory services into Healthcare Holding's buy-build platform, strengthening its distribution and market-access capabilities across Switzerland, the EU and the UK.

Mersive Management Acquires Controlling Interest in Mersive Technologies

ESAB Corporation Acquires Ohio Medical
