Mitchell Martin Acquires CC Pace Systems, Inc.

CC Pace Systems, an IT staffing and consulting firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, has been acquired by Mitchell Martin, Inc. (MMI), an employee-owned IT, healthcare, and professional staffing firm. The acquisition expands MMI’s presence across the mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions and deepens its financial-services IT staffing and agile consulting capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed, and CC Pace will continue operating as a Mitchell Martin company.
