MKH Capital Partners has acquired Haven Health Management, a multistate mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) provider, in a nine-figure deal. The transaction also includes the purchase of United Billing Solutions to enable in-network billing for Haven’s brands, with plans to expand insurance partnerships and open additional Haven Detox locations.
