Mod Op Acquires Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners (RTO+P)

Mod Op, a Miami-based full-service digital marketing agency and portfolio company of Alterna Equity Partners, has acquired Philadelphia-based creative agency Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners (RTO+P) as an add-on to deepen creative capabilities across social, experiential and content production. Patriot Capital provided debt and equity co-investment to support the transaction, which expands Mod Op's creative services offering and combines RTO+P's award-winning creative talent with Mod Op's data, AI and digital capabilities.
