Klaviyo (autonomous B2C CRM) has agreed to acquire the team and proprietary software technology of Agency, an AI-native customer success company led by Elias Torres. Following closing, Torres is expected to become Klaviyo’s Chief Product Officer and lead Klaviyo’s agent product line, including Composer and Customer Agent.

Salesforce to Acquire Cimulate to Expand Agentic Commerce and Retail Discovery

Salesforce plans to integrate Cimulate’s intent-aware technology into its Agentforce Commerce platform to improve search and product discovery for retailers, with the transaction expected to close in the first quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2027.

Meta Acquires PlayAI

Monetate Acquires SiteSpect to Build AI-Native Personalization and Testing Platform

The deal is supported by a $75 million unitranche facility (including a $30 million last-out loan) and an equity co-investment led by o15 Capital Partners to refinance Monetate’s debt and fund the integration.
