PMG Acquires Momentum Commerce

PMG, a global independent marketing services and technology company, has acquired Momentum Commerce, a retail media and marketplace intelligence firm, and will fully integrate Momentum into the PMG brand. The deal adds Momentum’s 45-person team and its Velocity platform—tracking millions of products and brands—strengthening PMG’s commerce capability to help enterprise brands drive growth across retail and marketplace channels.

Storewise Acquires MarginMAX

Storewise, backed by Nexa Equity, has acquired MarginMAX to integrate vendor management and DSD pricing capabilities into its retail automation platform for independent grocers. The MarginMAX management team will join Storewise as the acquisition expands the platform’s visibility into store operations and strengthens pricing optimization across wholesaler and direct store delivery items; financial terms were not disclosed.
