BGM Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: BGM) completed the acquisition of YX Management Company Ltd. on April 25, 2025, issuing 47.5 million Class A ordinary shares in an all‑share transaction valuing YX at US$95.0 million. The deal gives YX shareholders approximately 32.6% of BGM's equity (about 2.2% voting power) and is intended to accelerate BGM's AI-driven transformation by integrating YX's intelligent mobility platform and AI capabilities across BGM's insurance, mobility and digital services businesses.

(GenAI) completed the acquisition of all outstanding securities of Global AI Billing Corp. in exchange for 7.5 million GenAI common shares and assumption of US$1.25 million of liabilities. Global AI Billing’s primary asset is a 10% ownership stake in Remitz, a U.S. medical billing provider that uses proprietary AI to recover receivables; GenAI also entered a separate 24-month marketing agreement with Gold Standard Media LLC.
