Stanley Black & Decker Acquires Paladin and Pengo Business Units from KPS / International Equipment Solutions

Stanley Black & Decker has acquired the Paladin and Pengo business units from International Equipment Solutions (IES), which is owned by KPS Capital Partners. KPS will retain IES' Genesis and Crenlo/Emcor/Siac do Brasil businesses while operating them as standalone companies; the sale transfers the Paladin and Pengo brands, operations and related assets to Stanley Black & Decker.
