Altamira Technologies Corporation has completed the acquisition of Virginia Systems & Technology, Inc. (VaST), a Warrenton, Virginia-based signals intelligence (SIGINT) mission company. The deal expands Altamira’s SIGINT capabilities and brings VaST’s mission-focused engineering, TCPED expertise, and national security customers into Altamira’s portfolio (Altamira is PE-backed and serves as the platform for this add-on).

Bitsight Acquires Cybersixgill for $115M

iCapital Network Acquires AI Insight

The acquisition adds Net Vision's SIGINT, telecom-analysis and cloud analytics capabilities to Eqlipse's full-spectrum cyber, signals intelligence and identity-management engineering offerings.

Playvox Acquires Prodsight to Launch Playvox Customer AI

Playvox, a Sunnyvale-based provider of workforce engagement management software, acquired Prodsight, an AI-driven customer interaction analytics SaaS provider, to integrate advanced sentiment analysis, text analytics, and auto-tagging into the Playvox suite. The acquisition — announced Jan. 12, 2022 — will rebrand Prodsight as Playvox Customer AI and strengthen Playvox’s quality management and coaching capabilities for contact centers.
