National CineMedia, Inc. completed its acquisition of Captivate Holdings, LLC for an enterprise value of $275 million. The acquisition adds Captivate’s office and residential digital advertising network to National CineMedia’s cinema network, creating a platform with more than 48,000 screens across 185 designated market areas.
