Nava Acquires GH Brandtech

Brazilian technology consultancy Nava has acquired GH Brandtech, a branding and creative innovation consultancy, marking Nava’s first inorganic growth move since private equity firm Crescera Capital invested. The deal includes an option to acquire full control within 36 months and is intended to expand Nava’s creative innovation, branding and GenAI capabilities as part of its push toward R$1 billion in revenue.
