Nomadar Acquires Majority Interest in Fox Soccer Academy

Nomadar Corp. signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 51% interest in Fox Soccer Holding Company, which owns the Fox Soccer Academy businesses operating in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Austria. The sellers will retain a 49% interest in the holding company, and the transaction is expected to close subject to customary conditions. The acquisition expands Nomadar’s U.S. and European soccer-development footprint and integrates FSA’s youth programs with Nomadar’s international training platform.
