Northwest Registered Agent has acquired Washington-based pre-startup AAEusocial Interweb Technologies to form a new SkiveTime division. The acquisition brings AAEusocial’s self-supervised learning and no-code bot creation work into Northwest to expand its automation and workplace-leisure tooling and capabilities.
