Nu-Med Plus Acquires Avid Gold and Agrees to Acquire Canadian Gold Properties from MegumaGold

Nu-Med Plus, Inc. acquired Avid Gold Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiary Maritimes Gold Corp., expanding its operations into gold exploration and development in Canada. In parallel, Nu-Med and its subsidiaries entered into a Mineral Property Purchase Agreement with MegumaGold Corp. (and subsidiaries) to acquire six gold properties across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador, subject to customary closing conditions including MegumaGold shareholder approval.
