O'Connor Utilities Group (OCU), a Triton-backed utilities infrastructure platform, has acquired Hornbill Engineering Group Limited, a specialist high-voltage electrical engineering business focused on power infrastructure and energy transition projects. The deal brings Hornbill's technical capabilities and blue-chip client relationships into OCU's platform as an add-on to support growth in critical energy security and Net Zero initiatives; shareholders (including SME Investment Partners) appointed advisers to run the sale.
