Carve Communications, a Miami-based public relations agency, announced it will acquire Freeman PR, a consumer public relations agency headquartered in Northern New Jersey. The deal will transfer the Freeman brand name, Freeman’s full roster of clients, and Freeman’s seven-employee team, and is set to close November 1, 2024.
