OneRobotics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has signed an investment agreement to acquire Nanoleaf Limited in a US$40 million, multi-stage transaction. The deal is designed to give OneRobotics access to Nanoleaf’s offline retail distribution network and supporting local teams, while integrating Nanoleaf’s R&D and supply chain capabilities to expand global embodied AI/AI product operations.
