ORIX Aviation has agreed to acquire AerFin, expanding its services across the aircraft leasing, asset management, and aviation aftermarket lifecycle. AerFin provides aircraft and engine trading, inventory management, component sales, leasing, repair management, and engine maintenance, repair and overhaul services.
