ESE Entertainment Acquires Bombee Americas

PAVmed Acquires CapNostics LLC

(NASDAQ: PAVM) announced that a wholly owned subsidiary entered into a definitive membership interests purchase agreement to acquire North Carolina-based CapNostics, LLC, which manufactures EsophaCap, an FDA 510(k)-cleared and CE-mark certified esophageal cell collection device. The deal also includes long-term consulting and manufacturing agreements with CapNostics’ owner Martin Von Dyck and its contract manufacturer.
