Partners Group and CVC Acquire Significant Minority Stake in International Schools Partnership

Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, will remain the majority shareholder of International Schools Partnership (ISP) while welcoming CVC Strategic Opportunities as a significant minority shareholder. CVC will acquire a 20% stake in ISP, alongside OMERS continuing as a shareholder following its 2021 minority investment.
