Savills Acquires Eastdil Secured in $1.11 Billion Deal

Savills signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of the equity of Eastdil Secured, a global real estate investment bank, for an enterprise value of about $1.1125 billion. The acquisition combines Savills’ real estate advisory platform with Eastdil Secured’s real estate capital markets and investment banking capabilities, and strengthens Savills’ presence across North America and other regions.

Pepper Advantage Acquires Computershare Loan Services (UK Mortgage Servicing)

J.C. Flowers Acquires Pepper Advantage from Pepper Global

The founding shareholders (Thomas Joswig, Horst Pohl, Felix Pohl and Robin Pohl) sold stakes but will retain ownership positions and Felix Pohl will continue as CEO; the partnership aims to scale dacoso internationally and accelerate growth.

Peak Technologies (Sole Source Capital) Acquires VisionID and Dalosy
