(NYSE: PRM) completed its acquisition of Medical Manufacturing Technologies LLC (MMT) from Arcline Investment Management for approximately $685 million in cash, including certain tax benefits. The transaction was financed with cash on hand and proceeds from a senior secured notes offering that closed on January 2, 2026.
