Boxlight Corporation Acquires FrontRow Calypso LLC

Boxlight Corporation (Nasdaq: BOXL) has completed the acquisition of FrontRow Calypso LLC, a Petaluma-based provider of classroom audio, campus communication and AV control solutions. The deal was financed in part by a $68.5 million credit facility from WhiteHawk Finance, which also refinanced existing debt and provided working capital; Boxlight expects FrontRow to contribute roughly $30 million in sales and $7 million in EBITDA for fiscal 2022.

Westland Insurance Group Acquires Front Row Insurance Brokers Inc.

Westland Insurance Group has acquired Front Row Insurance Brokers Inc., a specialist film and entertainment insurance broker with offices across Canada and the United States. The deal expands Westland's Corporate Advisory & Specialty practice, adds a new entertainment vertical and establishes Westland's first U.S. operations; Front Row will retain its brand and approximately 55 employees.

Charlesbank Capital Partners and HighPost Capital Invest in Front Row Group

Charlesbank Capital Partners announced a strategic investment in Front Row Group, an e‑commerce agency and accelerator that provides fully outsourced marketplace management for beauty, health & wellness, and CPG brands. HighPost Capital is also an investor (per a related release noting a partnership with Charlesbank); the capital will be used to accelerate Front Row Group’s product and service innovation, scale its Catapult technology, and support continued growth and M&A activity. Financial terms were not disclosed.

SmartBug Media Acquires Chair 10 Marketing
