GovCIO Acquires SoldierPoint Digital Health from Iron Bow Technologies

GovCIO, a portfolio company of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, has acquired SoldierPoint Digital Health — the telehealth division of Iron Bow Technologies (an H.I.G. Capital portfolio company). The divestiture transfers a team of nearly 300 employees and a seven-year, $2 billion VA Connected Care Integrated Network (CCIN) contract to GovCIO and expands its capabilities and footprint within the Veterans Health Administration.
