GovCIO, a portfolio company of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, has acquired SoldierPoint Digital Health — the telehealth division of Iron Bow Technologies (an H.I.G. Capital portfolio company). The divestiture transfers a team of nearly 300 employees and a seven-year, $2 billion VA Connected Care Integrated Network (CCIN) contract to GovCIO and expands its capabilities and footprint within the Veterans Health Administration.

Eqlipse Technologies (Arlington-backed) to Acquire SR Technologies

Eqlipse Technologies, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire SR Technologies (SRT), a provider of signals intelligence (SIGINT) and electronic warfare (EW) products and engineering solutions. The add-on acquisition expands Eqlipse's technical capabilities for Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement customers; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in Q4 2023.

ASGN Incorporated Acquires Skyris, LLC

ASGN Incorporated has acquired Skyris, LLC and will integrate the company into its ECS segment to bolster geospatial intelligence, remote sensing and open-source data analytics capabilities for Department of Defense and intelligence community customers. Skyris, founded in Fredericksburg, Virginia, brings approximately 75 cleared technical employees and proprietary Data-as-a-Service capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Perspecta Inc. Acquires Knight Point Systems for $250M

Perspecta Inc. completed the acquisition of Knight Point Systems, LLC for approximately $250 million, strengthening Perspecta’s cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation and enterprise IT capabilities for U.S. government customers. The deal adds Knight Point’s managed services, DevSecOps and cyber offerings to Perspecta’s portfolio and is expected to be accretive to fiscal 2020 adjusted EPS.

SinglePoint Solutions Acquires Sky Technology Partners

Irys Acquires Diversified Technical Services Inc. (DTSI)

San Antonio-based tech startup Irys has acquired Diversified Technical Services Inc. (DTSI), a longtime defense contractor now operating as a DTSI business unit of Irys. The all-cash deal preserves DTSI's name, its existing defense-sector contracts and roughly 60 employees, and gives Irys immediate past performance and capabilities to expand into government and DoD contracting.
