Platinum Equity has acquired Biscuit International, a leading European private-label sweet biscuit manufacturer headquartered in Paris. Biscuit International employs approximately 1,900 people, generated more than €500m in sales over the prior 12 months, and Platinum Equity intends to expand the company’s product offering and international reach through organic growth and add-on acquisitions.
