Platinum Equity Acquires Infratech

Platinum Equity has acquired Infratech, a branded infrared electric heating solutions company with more than 50 years of experience serving residential and commercial heat applications. Infratech manufactures products in the United States and will retain its CEO John Mazzotta, along with entrepreneur Sam Longo Jr., both of whom retained equity stakes.
