Charlottesville-based franchisor Premium Service Brands has acquired three home‑services brands—Maid Right, Kitchen Wise, and Renew Crew—adding approximately $20 million in combined revenue across the deals since July 2018. The acquisitions expand Premium Service Brands' portfolio of franchised home‑services offerings and will be integrated into the company's existing technology, training and marketing systems to provide wrap‑around services to homeowners.
