Publibanca Brasil (affiliate of Eletromidia) Acquires Clear Channel Outdoor's Brazil Business

Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. completed the sale of its Brazil business to Publibanca Brasil S.A., an affiliate of Eletromidia S.A., for R$80 million (approximately US$15 million). The divestiture is part of Clear Channel Outdoor's strategy to exit Latin America, simplify its portfolio, and improve liquidity to focus on its U.S. America and Airports businesses and pay down debt.
