Givex Information Technology Group Ltd. has completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of UK-based Counter Solutions Holdings Ltd. The deal adds Counter Solutions’ WAY2PAY self-service and smart-refrigeration capabilities to Givex’s POS, kiosk and payments platform, expands Givex’s footprint in the UK/Europe and will be paid through a mix of cash, debt and Givex shares.

Givex Acquires Loyalty Lane, Inc.

Givex Information Technology Group Limited has completed the acquisition of Loyalty Lane, Inc., including its subsidiaries Electronic Scrip Incorporated and Media Solutions Company. The deal adds roughly 2,000 merchant clients and about 11 million registered consumers, brings annualized revenue of ~US$4.5M, and expands Givex's platform and CRM/loyalty capabilities into the grocery, convenience store and fuel verticals in the United States.

Evernex Acquires XSi (XS International)

Evernex has acquired XSi (XS International), a US-based third-party maintenance (TPM) and IT lifecycle services provider, expanding Evernex’s presence and delivery capabilities in the United States with a hub in Atlanta/Alpharetta, Georgia. The deal strengthens Evernex’s data-center maintenance, ITAD and network equipment expertise and broadens its reach into additional markets via XSi’s local personnel and customers.

Mercury Systems Acquires Avalex Technologies Corporation

Mercury Systems, Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire Avalex Technologies Corporation, a Gulf Breeze, Florida-based provider of mission-critical avionics (rugged displays, communications management, digital video recorders, and warning systems). The all-cash asset purchase (subject to customary adjustments) is expected to be funded with cash on hand and the company's revolving credit facility; Avalex generated approximately $40 million of revenue for the year ended December 31, 2022 with ~25% adjusted EBITDA margins and the deal was expected to close in Mercury's fiscal Q2 2022 (subject to HSR clearance).

EVI Industries Acquires Express Parts and Services

EVI Industries completed an asset purchase agreement to acquire Express Parts and Services (EXP), a Sykesville, Maryland-based distributor of commercial laundry equipment and provider of installation and maintenance services. The acquisition expands EVI's presence and market share in Maryland and advances the company's buy-and-build strategy to grow its network of technicians and regional service capabilities.

Exyte Acquires Kinetics Group

Exyte has agreed to acquire Kinetics Group from investment firm Quadriga Capital, expanding Exyte's capabilities in installation services, equipment and technical facility management for high‑tech sectors. Kinetics — a global provider serving semiconductors, biopharma and battery-cell markets with ~2,500 employees and >€500m revenue in 2023 — will operate within Exyte's Technology & Services business area to broaden Exyte's end-to-end offering.
