Veros Technologies, a portfolio company of Razor's Edge, has announced its acquisition by Quantum Leap, a portfolio company of Carlyle. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Veros provides advanced cyber and operational capabilities to U.S. Government customers, particularly within the Intelligence Community.
