Pilot Freight Services Acquires American Linehaul Corporation

Pilot Freight Services entered an asset purchase agreement with American Linehaul Corporation on July 30, 2021 to expand its middle‑mile expedited LTL capabilities. The deal—supported by Pilot’s backers ATL Partners and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI)—will keep ALC operating as a separate, neutral linehaul provider with founders Enzo and Beth Vartuli and their team remaining in leadership roles.

Rexel Acquires Lineman's Testing Laboratories of Canada

The deal, signed and closed January 17, 2023, expands Rexel's capabilities in utility and high-voltage services and supports its Power Up 2025 strategic roadmap.

Mural Acquires LUMA Institute

The acquisition expands Mural’s collaboration capabilities by integrating LUMA’s learning experiences and methods to accelerate adoption of collaboration design at enterprise scale.

iCEV Acquires Eduthings

The deal is an add-on to iCEV's platform supported by an investment from The Riverside Company to expand iCEV's data and analytics capabilities for K-12 and CTE administrators.
