Playtika Acquires SuperPlay for $700 Million

Playtika Holding Corp. has acquired Tel Aviv-based mobile gaming developer SuperPlay for $700 million, with up to $1.25 billion of additional contingent consideration tied to future financial targets. SuperPlay — maker of Dice Dreams and Domino Dreams — will operate as its own studio within Playtika, adding development talent and proven mobile titles to Playtika's portfolio.
