Savillex, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), has acquired Optimum Processing, Inc., a San Rafael-based manufacturer of custom single-use bioprocessing bags and systems. The acquisition expands Savillex's product portfolio and presence in the San Francisco Bay Area to provide end-to-end container and containment solutions for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and contract manufacturing customers.
