RAM Infotechnology (RAM-IT), supported by Keensight Capital, has acquired Interoperability Group, a Dutch provider of healthcare IT solutions headquartered in Utrecht. The acquisition adds Interoperability Group’s interoperability software, AI/data expertise and consulting capabilities to RAM-IT’s healthcare-focused cloud and managed services platform; Interoperability Group serves 200+ clients and employs more than 70 professionals.
