Serent-Backed Revinate Acquires NAVIS

The combined company will integrate Revinate's guest data and marketing automation platform with NAVIS' reservation sales and direct-booking capabilities to create an end-to-end booking solution for hoteliers, serving nearly 8,000 hotels; NAVIS CEO Kyle Buehner will retire and transition responsibilities to Revinate CEO Marc Heyneker.

InMoment Acquires MaritzCX
