Aramco, through its wholly owned subsidiary Aramco Asia Singapore Pte. Ltd., has completed the acquisition of a 10% equity stake in Horse Powertrain Limited based on an enterprise valuation of €7.4 billion. Renault Group and Geely (via Geely Holding and Geely Auto) each retain 45% stakes; the investment formalises a strategic partnership to advance powertrain technologies, synthetic fuels and lubricants and accelerate lower‑carbon mobility solutions.

Huron Capital Partners' aftermarket platform Horsepower (which operates Addictive Desert Designs and DV8 Offroad) has acquired Rago Fabrication, a Kerrville, Texas-based manufacturer and distributor of off-road and overlanding accessories focused on Toyota and Lexus platforms. The deal expands Horsepower's product lineup and vehicle-platform coverage—adding storage solutions, bed racks, mounts and armor designed for Toyota and Lexus trucks and SUVs.
