RS2 Healthcare Partners completed an investment in KMM Group, a Hatboro, Pennsylvania-based precision contract manufacturer serving the medical device and other demanding markets. The investment establishes KMM as RS2’s first new platform investment following its healthcare-focused rebrand; co-founders John Shegda and Eric Wilhelm will remain in leadership roles, and J. Mark King was appointed President and CEO.
