Sayres Defense Acquires Global Systems Technologies (GST)

Sayres Defense, backed by private equity sponsor Broadtree Partners, has acquired Global Systems Technologies (GST). Granite Creek provided debt and equity in support of the transaction alongside JP Morgan Chase and Muzinich BDC; GST joins Broadtree's GovCon platform (alongside Sayres and JRAD) to expand test & evaluation, systems engineering, logistics and R&D capabilities for defense and homeland security customers.
