Scorpion, a provider of digital marketing and technology solutions for local businesses, announced it acquired 1SEO Digital Agency, a Philadelphia-based marketing agency founded in 2009. 1SEO clients are expected to gain access to Scorpion’s RevenueMAX platform and exclusive technology partnerships and integrations, with 1SEO’s CEO BJ Bergey continuing with the combined company.
