Seal Industries Acquires Environmental Analytics, Inc.

G.L. Ohrstrom & Co.'s Seal Industries, Inc. completed an add-on acquisition of Environmental Analytics, Inc. (EA), a provider of environmental compliance and fugitive emissions monitoring services to downstream energy and petrochemical customers. G.L. Ohrstrom partnered with Brookside Equity Partners on the transaction and EA's management will assume key leadership roles and participate in growth with equity incentives.
