SEIDOR Acquires Opentrends

SEIDOR, the Barcelona-based technology consulting firm, has acquired digital transformation agency Opentrends, expanding SEIDOR’s cloud application transformation, AI, IoT and UX/UI capabilities. Opentrends’ management will lead a new business unit focused on advanced cloud application development; the unit is expected to include about 500 professionals and over $50M in aggregate annual revenue.
