ShoreView Industries has agreed to acquire P&F Industries, Inc. in an all-cash take-private transaction at $13.00 per share. Northstar Capital provided junior debt financing and an equity co-invest to help fund the transaction; ShoreView will operate P&F as a platform and pursue add-on acquisitions in hand-held tools, gears and niche industrial equipment.

Quantix (Wind Point Partners) Acquires Mid-States Packaging

Quantix, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, has acquired Mid-States Packaging, a full‑service dry bulk transportation, warehousing and export services company with eleven locations across Texas, the Northeast and the Mid‑Atlantic. The add‑on bolsters Quantix’s geographic footprint and strengthens its warehousing and trucking transportation operations serving chemical producers and distributors.

ShoreView Industries Acquires Crown Products, Inc. from WILsquare Capital

AEA Investors and NB Private Equity Partners Acquire Monroe Engineering Group

ShoreView originally partnered with Monroe in 2017 to fund an aggressive add-on and organic growth strategy; the new private equity owners will continue to support the company’s platform growth and add-on strategy.

ShoreView Invests in Victory Air and Equipment, LLC

The recapitalization provides the company's owners with liquidity and growth capital to support geographic expansion into end markets including petrochemicals, oil & gas, industrial manufacturing and marine/shipbuilding.
