Signant Health has acquired DSG, a provider of electronic data capture (EDC) and direct data capture (DDC) technology, to extend its unified eClinical solution suite for traditional, hybrid, and decentralized clinical trials. The acquisition adds DSG's site-friendly EDC/DDC capabilities and operational efficiencies to Signant's software, analytics, and logistics offerings, strengthening Signant's end-to-end digital trial platform.
