Silverchair to Acquire Clarivate’s ScholarOne

Silverchair, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners, has entered into a definitive agreement with Clarivate Plc to acquire ScholarOne. ScholarOne provides manuscript submission, peer review, and editorial management software and services for scholarly publishers and societies, and the deal is expected to close in Q4 2024 subject to customary conditions.
